Use of the Service

License: TalkDeskly is licensed under the MIT License, which is included in the software distribution and available at License. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Self-Hosting: TalkDeskly is designed to be self-hosted on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for:

  • Installing and maintaining the software and its dependencies
  • Securing your implementation
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Backing up your data

Account Responsibilities

If you create accounts within your self-hosted instance of TalkDeskly, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your accounts
  • Ensuring users comply with these Terms and applicable laws

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Send unsolicited communications or "spam"

The TalkDeskly name, logos, and other brand features are trademarks and may not be used without permission, except as expressly permitted by the MIT License or other written permission.
